Meet Dr. Erin Kasparek
I am a Naturopathic Doctor offering in-person appointments in the Ottawa area and virtual appointments to any resident of Ontario. I practice within the full scope of licensure according to the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
After graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, I’ve pursued advanced training in pregnancy care, pediatric care, biomedical treatment for autism, bio-identical hormone prescribing, and am a Lyme-literate practitioner.
I am on a mission to help patients confidently navigate their natural and conventional options in a dynamic progression through life!
When I discovered naturopathic medicine, I knew it was my perfect fit.
I see the body as a puzzle, and my job is to put the pieces together. I use advanced functional medicine testing as well as sincere listening to make sense of what dietary factors, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, hidden infections, or toxic stressors might be contributing to symptoms.
And if a patient does not improve quickly? I know that we have not yet hit the nail on the head and we need to revisit the strategy.
I believe that you are the expert of your own body. My role is to act as a guide in figuring out your concerns and outlining an array of natural solutions.
